Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using mulchleads.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site. It's that simple.
What MulchLeads Does
MulchLeads is a lead marketplace that connects property owners who need land clearing or forestry mulching with contractors who perform that work. Property owners submit project requests through our site, and contractors can purchase those leads to get the property owner's contact information and project details.
We are not a contractor. We do not perform land clearing, forestry mulching, or any other field work. We are a marketing and lead generation service.
Account Registration
To purchase leads or access contractor features, you need to create an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Lead Purchases
Leads are available in two types:
- Shared leads — sold to multiple contractors in the same service area.
- Exclusive leads — sold to a single contractor only.
When you purchase a lead, you receive the property owner's contact information and project details. What you do with that information from there is up to you.
Important things to understand about leads:
- We do not guarantee that a lead will result in a job, a signed contract, or any particular outcome. Leads are opportunities, not guarantees.
- Once a lead's contact information has been delivered to you, it is non-refundable. You received what you paid for — the property owner's information.
- We do our best to verify lead quality, but we cannot guarantee that every property owner will answer the phone, respond to your message, or ultimately hire you.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices for leads and services are displayed on the site and may change at any time. Price changes will not affect leads or services you've already purchased.
By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file through Stripe. For subscription services, you will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share lead information with anyone outside your business.
- Use the site to harass, spam, or contact property owners for purposes unrelated to their submitted request.
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site by automated means.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site's functionality or security.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the platform.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or licensing status.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by MulchLeads or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Disclaimer
Property owner information is provided “as-is.” While we make reasonable efforts to verify lead information, we cannot guarantee that every detail a property owner provides is accurate, complete, or up to date. Phone numbers may be wrong, project descriptions may change, and people sometimes change their minds.
The site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
Leads are informational in nature. MulchLeads connects property owners with contractors — we do not supervise, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality of any work performed, the behavior of any party, or the outcome of any transaction between a property owner and a contractor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MulchLeads and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any lead purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any unused credits or features associated with your account. Leads that were already delivered are non-refundable regardless of account status.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MulchLeads will be resolved in the courts located in Alabama.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
